Group office hours with the full Pod — a monthly open call to share what's working, get feedback, and stay connected to a community of peers who are in it with you.
A biannual portfolio and website review with Traci — a real look at what's working and what needs to shift.

WHAT WE DON’T DO
We don't take a cut of everything you book. Commission is only collected on work Poppy brings directly to you. Everything else stays yours.
We don't ask for exclusivity. You can pursue your own opportunities, maintain your own relationships, and work however you want outside of the Pod.
We don't disappear when the market is slow. That's exactly when this support matters most.
THE FINE PRINT — ACTUALLY READABLE
The Pod is a one-year commitment with a monthly membership fee. If you want to add agent representation for specific projects — handling contracts, creative calls, treatments, or production — that's available as an add-on.
We also have relationships with marketing experts, producers, designers, and financial advisors who work with creative businesses. Pod members get access
to that network.
